ProMoss™ is the first all natural and sustainable plant-based water treatment solution for today's water issues. Applying a ProMoss™ program is simple requiring minimal change or up front expense to treat an existing cooling tower system. Simply place the correct amount of ProMoss™  in a submersible contact chamber in the tower basin or in a specially designed bypass feeder.   Usually within a month, the water will be clear, foaming eliminated, scale will either fall off or be easily washed off, and corrosivity will decrease in the tower and the associated equipment.

 

The use of ProMoss™ along with an approved biocide is shown to be very effective in maintaining cooling towers free from Legionella infestation. Tobacco Plant ProMoss™Case Study

 

A major tobacco manufacturing plant in the Southeast US replaces its chemical treatment program with ProMoss™ resulting in cleaner systems and improved performance.  Several issues were addressed that were un-solvable with chemical treatment.

 

3M Corporate HQ Case Study

 

Creative Water Solutions LLC and 3M conducted a 2 year trial of ProMoss™ treatment at their corporate campus cooling towers. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of ProMoss™ on water chemistry, bacterial load, organic contamination, water use, scaling, corrosion, and conductivity.

CWS Cooling Tower Case Study - Multi-Site Trial Results

 

Creative Water Solutions LLC conducted trials with ProMoss™ at three different plant locations on cooling towers ranging from 250 ton to 650 tons.  Extensive data is presented on inhibition of corrosion, scale and fouling.
